Get Involved

There are lots of opportunities to get involved with Foresters’ Forest projects, from surveying species to creating habitats for our wildlife, or recording oral histories or researching local authors, or taking part in an archaeological dig or conserving built heritage.

In line with the latest government Coronavirus COVID-19 guidelines we have restarted our volunteer activity.  Please view our Activities page to see what is planned.

Do contact us if you are interested in taking part in the group activities we list.  We have included wildlife spotting surveys you can complete independently.

How to get involved

Maybe you'd like to get involved with our children’s group, Forest Explorers, or just come along and help out at an event or two. Whether you want to learn something new, make new friends, get out and about, do something for your community or just do something different, we have something to suit everyone so why not give volunteering with Foresters’ Forest a go!

Click the button below to sign up for our Volunteer Newsletter to find out about the types of activities you could take part in.

If you are keen to actively get involved we will then help you register as one of our active volunteers! Thank you.
